At UK Digtal Cameras customer service is of paramount priority, and our way of demonstrating this is by offering extended warranties FREE with our exclusive 'Package Deals' listed on our product pages. Below is all the info you will need about the 3 year warranty we offer.
- If your item develops a fault within the first 30 days, provided it is in brand new condition, still within it's orginal box and supplied with all the original accessories, you can return it to us for a replacement.
- If your item develops a fault within the first year, then you need to return it the relevant manufacturer as they cover the first year of the warranty.
- If your item devlops a fault after a year and within two years, then simply return it to us and we'll get it repaired at an authorised repair centre (at our own expense) and then return it to you, normally within 10-14 working days. Please note, we can only return it to a UK address.
- If your camera develops a fault after 2 years and within 3 years, then simply return it to us and we'll send it to an authorised repair centre (at our own expense). UK Digital Cameras will cover the cost of the parts and the customer will cover the cost of the labour. Repairs normally take 10-14 working days. Please note, we can only return it to a UK address.
*Please note: The warranty will become void if the equipment has been impacted, dropped, affected by liquids, sand or moisture, tampered with or affected by chemical/battery corrosion or leakage.
